Air Tightness and Sound Testing Services

Planit X Limited provides air tightness and sound insulation testing across the Highlands and Islands/North East of Scotland. We also balance/commission MVHR systems and undertake thermal imaging. Our commitment to quality ensures that every assignment meets the highest standards in compliance with ATTMA and SITMA regulations.

With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including 15 years as an air tightness tester and 10 years as a sound tester, you can be assured of a comprehensive understanding of your testing/certification needs.

We pride ourselves on responding quickly to enquiries and working with customers to carry out testing at the appropriate stage of their building project. Air tightness certificates and sound test reports are produced on completion of on-site testing, and e-mailed to clients for onward submission to Building Standards.
